This position offers steady growth and numerous opportunities for income. It is a primary sales position. The associate will work closely with KLP management to generate new sales and build a comprehensive business development program.
Responsibilities include: • Direct corporate marketing and sales • Develop relationships with new and potential customers • Maintain and service current client base • Create and improve marketing tools and materials • Meet and communicate with high-level executives
The candidate will be an outgoing individual with: • A minimum of 2 years successful cold call marketing experience (all leads provided by KLP) • Strong work ethics and a proven sales track record • Self-motivated, capable of speaking to all levels of management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent listening and cognitive skills • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills • Proficient knowledge of PC computers and Microsoft Office • Contact management software experience required • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel • 4 year college degree preferred
KLP’ compensation package is performance based: • Generous Sales commission based on units and term
